If you like some zip in your life, you will love Chris Kochem's relish! Made with green tomatoes, peppers, and onions, this relish is sweet, yet tangy (not hot) and is delicious on burgers and hot dogs. Try it with tuna, baked beans, or even egg salad. It's equally excellent as a spread on your favorite sandwich or veggie patty. Winner may request a substitution of one jar of Chris's delicious jam in place of one of the three jars of relish.
