Start the gardening year off right with help from the Belmont Garden Club.

For 2 hours, 2-3 members of the BGC will come to your house and help you with weeding, raking, trimming, dividing perennials, and pruning of shrubs. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Time and date to be mutually agreed upon.

- Gardening to be completed between April 1st and May 31st, 2020 or same period in 2021

Restrictions:

- Belmont Garden Club volunteers will not pull up poisonous or toxic plants, prune trees, climb ladders, or take away garden waste. 

- Service is limited to Belmont, MA residents.

- Offer expires May 31, 2021.

The Belmont Garden Club was founded in 1930 and we recently celebrated our 85th Anniversary. We are a member of the East Middlesex District, The Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts Inc, and National Garden Clubs Inc. and have approximately 150 current members.

Our Mission is to advance the art of gardening, the science of horticulture, the artistic use of plant material in both flower and garden design, the conservation of our natural resources, and the development of civic beauty.

Throughout the year, members of the Belmont Garden Club participate in flower show events such as Art in Bloom at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, the Boston Flower Show, and events at other venues such as Tower Hill.
