Deploy a flock of pink plastic flamingos in someone's yard!

A note is left explaining that the person and/or family has been selected to be "flocked" for Flora Vista Elementary School.  A team of flockers will put all the flamingos in their yard and then de-flock!  You only need to pay to anonymously flock someone.
