The Gourmandise School offers hands-on cooking classes in Los Angeles, California for beginners to professionals.
We focus on teaching classic techniques and use locally sourced ingredients. The school offers baking and cooking classes, professional series and fascinating food workshops.
Our recreational classes are usually 3 hours long. Some of our specialty or technique classes are a bit longer. We also have some series courses that can be anywhere from 2 days to 10-weeks. Prices start at $85 per class for adults ages 16 and up. Kids classes start at $75.
Our aim is to help people develop their culinary intuition, and be a resource for at-home bakers and chefs, as well as a key resource for the LA food community.

This item will be available for pickup at the Elemental Strings/Prelude Concert on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Will Rogers Learning Community, 2401 14th Street, Santa Monica.
Auction pickup will take place at the Cafetorium starting at 12:30pm until 3:30pm.
If the winning bidder is a current participant in an Elemental Music program, we will do our best to deliver your winning items directly to your rehearsal during the week of March 1.
If the item needs to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for the additional shipping charges and will be billed to your account. All items are shipped with tracking. The shipper, not Elemental Music, is responsible for successful delivery.
