tiramisù [ËÂÂtiramiËÂÂsu], meaning "pick me up" or "cheer me up")[1] is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts.[2] Its origins are often disputed among Italian regions Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The Gift Certificate for this item will be available for pickup at the Elemental Strings/Prelude Concert on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Will Rogers Learning Community, 2401 14th Street, Santa Monica.
Pickup will take place at the Cafetorium starting at 12:30pm until 3:30pm.
If the winning bidder is a current participant in an Elemental Music program, we will do our best to deliver your winning items directly to your rehearsal during the week of March 1.
