The unit is a 3-bedroom, ground floor condo with 2 1/2 baths. (Sleeps 7 total--one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed.) The condo is in Sea Colony, which includes access to a gym, sauna, and 2 indoor pools in the complex. No smoking, and no pets.  Winning bidder must bring own sheets and towels.
