Fit AF, is an all female business and community, founded by Allison Rochkind and Grace Laight. Allison and Grace, both Fitness professionals and bonafide besties, want to bring women of all ages and body types together for a fun and effective workout class.

Together they created BoomBox, a full body workout complete with boxing drills, resistance training, barre moves, and even a bit of dance!
