We offer suggestions in reorganizing the space as well as discuss body mechanics, lifestyles and prescribe stretches. We also may suggest more ergonomically correct office equipment, if the budgets allows. 

Kathleen Stockwell,  CEAS 1 ( Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist) and owner of Ergo- Options, worked in the Physical Therapy field for over 25 years. She has worked extensively with injuries caused from an improperly designed workspace. By becoming more pro-active with her clients and going to them, she found she was able to help them prevent their injuries, rather then recover from them. That’s why she started Ergo-Options.
