Weak upper body, perfect, yoga will build your strength, progressively at your own pace. Don’t know your tadasana from your savasana, don’t worry, at Santa Monica Yoga our beginner teachers will speak english and give you plenty of specific, expert instruction so you’ll never feel lost.
