Eagle Rock’s throwback diner can trace its history back over seven decades. As such, it features the sort of fare you’d expect from classic California coffee shops—all-day pancakes, waffles and eggs, as well as hearty comfort food entrees—but housed within a bright, charmingly retro space thanks to chef-owners Monique King and Paul Rosenbluh.
