Enjoy one of Bergerac's Seasonal Event dinners for two, featuring wine pairings and a seasonal menu inspired by local harvest. Bergerac Bistro, on Woodstock in SE Portland, is led by Chef Joris Barbaray and specializes in the cuisine of the Perigord, such as duck confit, foie gras, wild-harvested mushrooms and small-batch cheeses. Chef Barbaray respects--and highlights--the similarities between the climate and wines of La Dordogne and the Pacific Northwest, and is inspired by locally sourced ingredients full of flavor.
