"Bee There" was located on a wall on Wooster Street just north of Canal Street in New York City under scaffolding. That building has since been renovated into luxury condos.

Artist's Statement: "My work is inspired by street art, found objects and collage. I have been photographing New York City street art for the past 20 years with a concentration on its changing nature caused by different layers of wheatpaste, the impact of weather, erosion and any human changes with paint, stencil and stickers. The result is a moment in time where what you see can totally change the next time you pass by it. My photographs are not manipulated in any way - -they capture exactly what I see at that time. This form of street art is disappearing as neighborhoods are gentrified and the art is removed quickly."
