Want to stay socially distanced yet celebrate a special event? Invite Teacher Chin Chin to your home for a Virtual Dance Class via FaceTime or Zoom.


Teacher Chinchin aka Chin Chin Lao Shi will lead a 45-minute virtual creative movement and stretch class where students can express their movements at their home environment with their family. Classes can be done in English or Mandarin. 


All the children love Teacher Chin Chin and you don't need a lot of space as long as all participants can open their arms. We're sure it'll be a special treat for your children to have her in your home too! 


About Teacher Chin Chin


Chinchin Hsu, Dancer, was born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She has trained in ballet, modern, contemporary, Chinese martial art, Chinese ballet, Tai-chi, improvisation and dance composition. She graduated summa cum laude from New World School of the Arts under the direction of Daniel Lewis, and received her BFA in dance from University of Florida. In 2008, Chinchin moved to San Francisco and has danced with ODC, KUNST- STOFF, Anne Bluethenthal and Dancers, Tanya Bello's Project.B., Kara Davis of project agora, Lenora Lee’s Asian Improv, Christy Funsch, LEVYdance and Margaret Jenkins Dance Company. Chinchin joined Performing Arts Workshop in November 2008. She teaches creative movement, world dance, and serves as an artist mentor at Performing Arts Workshop. Chinchin loves to move, create and share; she is interested in creating forum that allows students to practice critical thinking, problem solving, and building empathy and community through dance. Chinchin is curious about each student's story and seeks for moments when she is growing with her students.
