Winner will receive 3 hours of English/writing tutoring by Victor Qiu! Victor specializes in working with high school students that are getting ready to apply to college. His specialty is to to work on essay composition, writing, English, creating a personal statement, and support during the college application period, etc.

Victor is also available to tutor younger grades like middle school students. He is bilingual. He speaks and writes fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 

Victor Qiu is a Dean’s Merit Scholar at USC majoring in Political Science (he is also on a scholarship!). He has coached personal statement writing and English for high school students who have been accepted into top UCs and private liberal arts colleges.
