Take this class and you will become an expert on Japan's most popular soul food, RAMEN! 

Have you ever wondered about the history of ramen and dreamed of going to Tokyo to explore the ramen shops? We'll go over all the basics about Ramen.

Next, Frank will take you on a virtual ramen tour at one of Tokyo's most famous ramen shops. While there, he'll discuss how to best enjoy ramen - like a true local. This will include how AND what to order as well as ramen do's and don'ts. You'll get to see how the ramen is prepared, behind the scenes and in their kitchen!

Frank will provide some inside tips on how to make an easy soy sauce seasoning, or just upgrade your instant ramen at home. We can also enjoy taste and learn how to make a ramen egg. 

If you've ever wanted to take a trip to Japan then you'll love the last part of this class where Frank will provide some recommendations and tips on some amazing Tokyo ramen shops. 

We'll end with an interactive Q & A session and participants can leave to enjoy one of the Ramen treats from the take home pack. Once Covid is over, you will also gain a new friend in Tokyo that can take you and your family on a personal tour!
