This offer is for a package of 3 tutoring sessions focused on early literacy. To start, Ms. Candy, the tutor will get to know your child. She will assess the child and design a plan for their needs. Depending on the age, each session will most likely be 40-60 minutes. Some things the families can expect for 1st-3rd grade students during each session are reading, phonics, writing, and high frequency words practice. 

About Ms. Candy 

Candy Cheung is a 2nd Grade teacher at Sheridan Elementary school. She has a National Board Certification in Literacy. She can tutor in math as well, but would like to offer services in literacy as families may need more reading help during distance learning.
