Off the dining and living room area are sliding glass doors leading to a large sunny deck with outdoor dining, gas grill and gorgeous views. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, complete with a wine cooler. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with double showerheads and a rain showerhead. The home stays warm in the winter with central forced air heating and cool in the summer with air conditioning.
A bottle of complimentary wine is waiting for you! Just sit back and relax with a great glass of wine on the expansive deck overlooking vineyards and apple orchards. Or take a short 2.5 block walk to visit Drake's neighborhood beach on the Russian River.
Redwood Lane Retreat is located approximately 2 miles from downtown Guerneville. It is a 15 minute drive to many Russian River Valley wineries and the Sonoma Coast.

Use calendar availability on website or reach out to contact provided. Per the owner, the winner should book early. The property has been booking up very quickly. The property is booked out thru March, but with plenty of dates after that.
Know Before You Book:
Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Redwood Lane Retreat is 8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.
Parking: There is room in the driveway for up to 2 cars, and street parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. (Garage is used for storage and not available for parking ). RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
Bed Sizes: Master bedroom: King bed; Second bedroom: Queen bed; Third bedroom: two Double beds; Living room: Double European sleeper sofa
Heat Source: Gas forced air heater with thermostat; wood burning fireplace in living room (no firewood or kindling provided)
