Description
Join Amara, Roopa Bhide (in photo), and her daughter-in-law, Heather Bhide for a family friendly virtual cooking class on Saturday, January 9th at 3pm.
Bidding on this item will be for one seat.
We will be making:
Chicken Kebab: This is an Indian-style ground chicken kebab. For vegetarians, the meat may be substituted with tofu.
Green Bean Bhaji: A bhaji is a vegetable dish with either mashed or whole vegetables.
Cucumber Raita: Raita is a condiment with yogurt used as the base. It is typically used as a dip to cool the palate.
Roti: Roti is a round flatbread made from flour.
We will provide the recipies and a list of ingredients to prepare before the class. We will supply you with the spices that you need for the Chicken Kebab as well as any other spices or ingredients you may not be able to find easily.
Special Instructions
This class will be limited to 10 people. If there are less than 10 people registered the the class may be cancelled.
This item expires 1 year from the auction close date.
Winner will be connected to Heather for further details. A gift certificate may also be created and emailed to the recipient.
