Stephanie Lapine in our Math Learning Center: Tangrams are a great way for students to use logical thinking to solve puzzles and to use their hands. I would like 8 sets of tangrams for students to use if they have finished an assignment early. I have requested a book so that students can work on duplicating the shapes. I would also encourage students to create their own designs, trace them, and share them with their table partners to re-create.
