Experience a ride on an authentic Venetian gondola in the heart of Providence! "The Viaggio dei Sogni, or "Trip of Dreams," is our basic 40-minute trip package, perfect for any occasion. You'll enjoy the peaceful serenity of the Providence riverfront aboard one of our authentic Venetian gondolas." An experienced gondolier will gently row you along the Providence and Woonasquatucket Rivers, past historical landmarks, through public parks, and under picturesque bridges. A remarkable trip to be experienced and remembered!"
Italian music provided by your gondolier All of our gondoliers sing a little during their trips. If you want to request a special song, just ask - we will do our best!
Bottled water is available for $1 per bottle.Your favorite beverage. Bring your own bottle(s) of wine, prosecco, juice, etc., or anything else you enjoy - we'll have the ice bucket, glasses, and opener ready to go for you. We provide our signature wine biscuits with every trip, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks, even a picnic meal! Just be sure to bring the napkins, utensils, etc. as well, since we don't have those items on hand.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing. We also have blankets and umbrellas for you to use during your trip. If you have a camera, we are happy to take photos for you during your trip at your request.
Special Instructions
This trip is available seven days and evenings a week, and on WaterFire Saturdays and Partial WaterFire days before the fires are lit. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can't always be predicted. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible at 401.421.8877 to reschedule. Please note that all online reservations are non-refundable unless La Gondola cancels due to either strong wind or rain at the time of your departure. Cancellations made within seven days of a reservation's date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the value of your trip for 2 passengers if La Gondola cannot fill the time slot with another reserving party. WaterFire reservations are non-refundable unless the WaterFire itself is canceled. Parties who do not show up for their reservation or who cancel on the day of their scheduled trip may be assessed a cancellation fee of $179, the cost of a WaterFire trip for 2 passengers. This trip is not available during WaterFire or Partial WaterFire events.
Item delivery in RI and MA will be available; the winner is responsible for any shipping or packaging costs. St. Andrew's School is not responsible for lost or stolen items, gift certificates, gift cards, or vouchers.
