Family Law Attorney, Maxine H. Park, will provide one mediation session for up to 2 hours to help a New York couple towards conflict resolution outside of court.

Maxine Park is an experienced litigator of divorce and family law cases. She has further advocated for her clients through the appellate process, including at the Court of Appeals—New York’s highest court.

Ms. Park’s litigation experience informs and enhances her ability to negotiate trustworthy agreements and settlements. As a trained mediator, she is also poised to help parties and their attorneys resolve matters outside of court if they so choose.
