The winner will receive custom tooth whitening/bleaching trays (with the 2 appointments necessary and dental bleach included).

At the first appointment, dental impressions will be taken for your custom bleaching trays.  They will be fabricated in house and ready within 7 days of your second appointment.  At the second appointment, the trays will be checked for proper fit, and instructions for optimal teeth whitening will be discussed.  You will leave the office with custom trays and a full round of dental bleach (4 syringes).
