Be our Guests!! This year we are teaming up with the best butcher shop in Dallas to bring you and your guest on a culinary tour of meat. Expect multiple courses with wine pairings, probably a cocktail (or four), and plenty of good laughs. Tony Albanese (your chef for the evening) and Nate Abeyta (lead butcher) will introduce each dish and explain the origin of the protein and how it has been prepared, along with the beverage pairing. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your adventurous palate. Last year we did 9 courses with wine pairings for each! We guarantee a 5 star dining experience on par with the best you have ever had, so bring those big bids!!!
