Description

Join us at our WPES Community’s Inaugural Holi Party! Holi the Indian festival of colors!

Date: Sunday March 21, 2021 late morning

Location: in the Sunset district

One ticket per person, kids under 3years old FREE with a paying adult. Every child must be accompanied by an adult.

What are we celebrating?

Holi is a time to celebrate the triumph of good over evil, mend broken relationships and gather to enjoy one another’s presence. This festival ushers in a new season with hope and playfulness.

How will we celebrate?

Grab handfuls of color powder and throw or smear all over your family and friends! We'll also have some food to keep you fueled during the color war and Bollywood beats to keep the party going!

Is the color powder safe?

Yes. The powder is all natural, and made from cornstarch and food dye. People should refrain from throwing powder into people's eyes or mouth, but accidents do happen. Consider wearing sunglasses or goggles and/or caps.

Won't we get messy?
Of course we will! IT IS SO MUCH FUN for adults and kids! Wear clothing that you don't mind getting colorful and may stay colorful. The powder is not supposed to stain, but it's also not the time to break out the white mink. If you are planning on bringing a camera/phone, best to keep it in a zip-lock bag or in an underwater case if possible.

Can’t wait to throw color on YOU!
