Uji
"Uji" (å®æ²»å¸ Uji-shi) is a city on the southern outskirts of the city of Kyoto, in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu (1358–1408) promoted cultivation of green tea in the Uji area.
