The unit has wifi, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Children are welcome, but no pets, and no smoking on the patio.

The development has a restaurant, pool and kayaks available on site. There is no fishing there, but great snorkeling right outside your door!

FYI airfare is NOT included and there is a 12% rental tax on the value of the 7 night stay (approximately $336) that is the responsibility of the winner. Black-out dates include Christmas and New Years weeks in 2020 and rental must be used between June 1, 2020 and June 1, 2021 unless special accommodations are made well in advance.
