The spatula was made by Peter Lawry and taken from Crab Apple Wood cut in Charlestown, NH! Apple is one of the densest woods and due to its closed grain, makes for excellent kitchen utensils! To take care of this spatula, never soak in water, and occasionally sand with fine grit sandpaper and lightly rub in olive oil.
