Michelle Coates (also known as Mikki C) is an artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She creates using various mediums:  acrylics, oils, ink, pencil, and watercolour, with her specialty being digital painting.  Although she has been creative all her life, it wasn’t until her chronic illnesses and subsequent disabilities appeared in her life, that she began to really dive into her art.  Creating things began as a therapy... and became a passion and way of life! 

Mikki is a modern day hippie and her works are inspired by nature and its wondrous patterns, textures, and colours. Her artistry defies classification as her creativity knows no bounds!  Her works include traditional, modern, abstract, and cartoon styles.  As of yet, Mikki has not participated in any art shows.  She currently shares her art on her social medial platforms and web site.
