Turamali has been popping up around Portland for the past year providing high end, vegetable forward Mexican cuisine. Each dinner features Maine-grown ingredients. Chef Carlos and his wife, Val, hope to open a brick and mortar restaurant of their own and believe each dinner they are able to create leads them one step closer to that dream.
