Description
There's never been a better time to learn how to make artisan authentic foods, and this is your chance for a private cheesemaking class for six (6) people, with Waverly's very own, Helen Skantzikas, Pablo's mom.
Learn to make fresh goat cheese and crème fraiche at home! We will demonstrate the different steps of the cheesemaking process, talk about what is needed, where to get it, how to use it.
We will have a tasting of course, and recipes will be shared. Everyone can go home with a jar of goat cheese!
Special Instructions
Certificates will be mailed to the winning bidder at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
Class will take place either in person or virtually, at the discretion of Helene.
