Mark began his artistic career on Nantucket Island, where he lived for 20 years. A self-taught artist, Mark works primarily as a wood carver/sculptor creating original sculptures inspired by American folk art masterpieces. He has exhibited at various shows including the Smithsonian Craft Show, Washington, DC, the Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show, Philadelphia, PA, and at the Architectural Digest Home Show, New York, NY. Commissions are available upon request. Mark lives and works in Westerly, Rhode Island.
