Weise epitomizes the term "role player." He can fill just about any forward spot on any team he plays for and has done so over the course of his career. He has speed, size, grit and a knack for scoring in the clutch, but has most often been a checking-line player.  He had 34 points (17 goals, 17 assists) in 152 games in three seasons with the Flyers from 2016-2019.
