2-Donegan Class Project: HCES-OPOLY

Item Number: 3016
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Our students created this one-of-a-kind HCES-OPOLY, beautiful wood art wall board (16” x 16”), which has the image of their work imprinted onto a piece of wood, made to be hung on a wall or can be used as a playing board. The kids incorporated what they learned about this year in terms of New York City past (Lenape & New Amsterdam) and present. Each student created a property square (such as Manahatta, Dutch West Indies, The Bowery, Bowling Green, Tea Tax, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Central Park Zoo, Hunter HCES, etc.). Additionally, the students collaborated to create other squares, such as the Subways and 4 corner squares, such as Stuck on Subway (Jail), Go to Stuck on Subway (Go to Jail), Bank of NY (GO), Free Metrocard (Free Parking).
