Om Namah Shivaya is an ancient mantra given by Shri Babaji to us. Besides the healing grace of Shri Babaji that it carries, the metals are said to be very healing as well. Shri Babaji used to put these bracelets on our wrists (men's right and lady's left). This is the 5/8 wide one, normally worn by men, and is simply beautiful!
