The Transcendant ergonomic meditation bench from AscendantMeditation is intended for seiza (kneeling) sitting position. It increases circulation in your legs while effortlessly sitting. This bench puts you in a straight line, balancing you against gravity (we call it gravity neutral, as it seems to neutralize gravity). It is more stable than Ascendant and Reflekter because it has two legs. The legs are half curved and you can adjust the bench by tilting backwards so to sit on the flat part of the legs, too.

This bench can be used for lotus position too if you like to sit high in lotus position as it is between 5 and 3/4 to 7 and 1/4 inches tall depending on what size legs you order based on your height (that is without the 2 inch comfort cushion).
