This Kay MacDonald original ink painting, "Windhorse", features a quote by Chögyam Trungpa and collage flags. 

"All of my life," she says, "I have collected quotes and been a philosophical seeker-student. In this series, I've tried to pick the most succinct and meaningful quotes, in hopes that they may be of inspiration to some special recipient."

Kay says, "I believe that art should be cheerful, portray the mysterious, and use minimalism to rest the mind." She finds inspiration in modern abstract art and Eastern influences.
