A brand new red wine made from Estate grown Grenache, Shiraz, Tempranillo and Touriga Nacional. A beautiful fragrant wine of white pepper and dark plum. The palate sings with layers of complexity but all in elegance and a non fussy style. Bright, medium to full red/purple colour with youthful tints and a peppery, mixed-spice aroma which is brightly perfumed and arresting. The wine is elegantly crafted, light to medium-bodied and finely-textured. A stylish, highly aromatic wine, bright and refreshing. Light, soft, fine-grained tannins. It has intensity that contradicts its lightness of being, and complexity that belies its age. This is a brilliant wine. (Only 60 dozen made)
