100% Shiraz coming from Ebenezer in the Northern Barossa. Hand-picked, hand-sorted, de-stemmed, and open-fermented before spending 15 days on skins. Matured for 16 months in a blend of new and second use French oak before being bottled in August 2019.

Deep bright red tinged with purple. The characteristic Hayes Family softness is here in spades, rich but balanced, blackberry fruit the dominant character but surprising structure if you choose to look. A wine that will surprise in the cellar despite being clearly a perfect drink today.
