Description

Handcrafted by 92 year old Laurence Dyer of Sisters, OR, this intricately beautiful box is there to hold jewelry, special treasures or keepsakes that deserve to be protected. It's one of those pieces that will bring unique beauty to any place in your home and is a piece of art in and of itself.  No two are alike, so each one is priceless.

Laurence has been carving and creating his intricate wooden boxes for many many years from his studio in Camp Sherman, OR.  Made from exotic wood, curly maple and purple heart the box features a hinged lid and sits on four legs.  The box measures 6" x 4 1/2" and is 4" tall.  Creations like this from the artist are soon to become collector's items as Laurence's ability to make them is becoming more difficult due to his age.

The box is donated by Laurence's brother-in-law and wife, Jay and Donna Haglund of Hamilton, MT.
