Charles Armontrout of Sweetwater Rods has created another masterpiece for Casting for Recovery. 

The 2020 Rod:

• The blank is a St. Croix SCIV 9' 5wt 4pc in Fuschia Metallic gloss.


• The reel seat is a solid German Silver seat with a maple wood insert that I have had for several years waiting for the special rod. This reel seat assembly I did not make but is a very high-end seat by Batson Enterprises.


• The grip is of several styles of cork and is 7" long in a half-wells design.


• The guides are the high quality Snake Brand snake guides wrapped in a Lavender nylon trimmed in Burgundy.


• Epoxy protects all thread wraps and decal areas.


• The rod comes in a Clear Creek 2" Burgundy, heavy canvas covered PVC hard case with an internal cloth divider.
