Description
This exclusive auction item will put the trifecta of chefs at your disposal for one extraordinary evening. Jonathan Moosmiller, executive chef at Southern Hills Country Club, is a member of an elite group of chefs known as Certified Master Chefs (CMC). Michael Fusco has been a cornerstone of Tulsa food for decades. He has hired, mentored, taught, and molded most of the best chefs and cooks in the city. Rounding out the trio is Saint Mary’s resident gourmand, Father Jack Gleason.
These three connoisseurs will treat the winning bidders to a custom menu, with each course artfully paired with wines to accentuate the flavor of each dish.
This feast for ten will be cooked and served at the home of Erin and Michael Dailey co-hosted by Jane and Rich Bender, Cindy and Gene Spitza, Mary and Rob Martinovich, and Pat and Don Lodes.
The winning bidder has a choice of these dates in 2021: January 15, 16, 22, or 23
