Please bid carefully as all net auction proceeds will fund the Arkansas Alumni Association Scholarship Program.  The Arkansas Alumni Association accepts your bid as a promise to pay. No Refunds, No Exchanges - No Exceptions.

Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid immediately following the closing of the auction. You will then receive a follow up email indicating your payment options and instructions. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:  LOCAL PICKUP ONLY

·         Items are available for pick up at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni house no earlier than November 3 and no later than November 17.

·         Shipping is NOT included in the final bidding price. If shipment of your item is required, please contact the Alumni Association for shipping costs at 479-575-2801.

·         All shipments will be sent by November 17.
