Is Charleston, SC on your bucket list? Then this item is for you. Enjoy a two night stay in this beautiful guest house. The guesthouse sits behind the main house beyond the pool and deck. It has a king size bed and is fully equipped with amenities.
Also included with this auction item of the guesthouse will be a special dinner prepared by a personal chef. The menu can be to your specification and may be served in the historic dining room of the main house or al fresco if you prefer to dine poolside.

Please bid carefully as all net auction proceeds will fund the Arkansas Alumni Association Scholarship Program. The Arkansas Alumni Association accepts your bid as a promise to pay. No Refunds, No Exchanges - No Exceptions.
Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid immediately following the closing of the auction. You will then receive a follow up email indicating your payment options and instructions. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:
· Items are available for pick up at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni house no earlier than November 3 and no later than November 17.
· Shipping is NOT included in the final bidding price. If shipment of your item is required, please contact the Alumni Association for shipping costs at 479-575-2801.
· All shipments will be sent by November 17.
