Artist Statement: CARLA HEATH

Creating art assist me with my recovery by bringing me into the present moment. Art also helps me process difficult feelings. Sometimes I have a plan for what I want to create and sometimes my art is more intuitive. I enjoy the process the most when I get out my supplies and just see what flows out.
