Artist Statement:  JENNY SAPPINGTON =0)

I have struggled with depression and anxiety my entire life.  The creative process of designing and building necklaces is very meditative and helps calm my mind, especially when my anxiety is particularly strong.  Creating necklaces has been particularly therapeutic as I adapt to the isolation of COVID-19.  The smiley face after my name is just a reminder to not take life to seriously.
