Chef's Dinner for 8 Prepared by 71Five Youth
Four-course dinner for eight, at the Youth 71Five City Life Community Center in Liberty Park. This meal will be prepared and served by Youth 71Five students under the supervision of former chef and Youth 71Five City Coordinator, Michael Cooke.
With more than 30 years in the Culinary field, Michael has a broad experience as a chef at Rogue Valley Manor, as a regional Prepared Foods Coordinator for Whole Foods Market, and as a restaurant owner in Ashland, Oregon.
