Catered BBQ dinner for 15-20 people ready for a feast! This item includes a 15lb. competition smoked Texas style brisket, homemade red potato salad and Memphis coleslaw for 15-20 people.
Good old fashioned southern BBQ at its best. I was taught to serve only the freshest, and best homemade items. All of my recipes are ones that have been passed down to me and altered to meet the needs of those I cook for. We use only all organic ingredients and a whole lot of love.
