Nothing says summer more than this watercolor still life of tomatoes and a hydrangea blossom.

Artist Vera Champlin draws inspiration from the seasons and each one’s unique display. Whether she is painting a still life or a landscape, her preference is to paint from life, with all its sensory impressions and vital energy. Her work has been featured and awarded by various associations, and she is represented at Gallery Antonia in Chatham.
