This vividly hued and friendly ostrich is the work of local artist, 17 year old Jordyn Deveau Yurich. In addition to enjoying watercolour, Jordyn is also the author and digital illustrator of self-published children's books that focus on inclusion and celebrating our differences. Jordyn has been coming to CHEO since she was a toddler and has many friends there. She was thrilled at the opportunity to provide a piece for our silent auction.
Jordyn lives with her family in Lombardy, Ontario.
