Lamp and Socket turns this notion on its head, transforming something seemingly displeasing to look at into something beautiful. Sustainably-produced in porcelain and now available in a light grey hue that also matches the colour of the electrical wire, the hanging lamp and socket is made by hand in the Netherlands, providing electricity and light above a freestanding kitchen-table.

This item must be picked up at the Danish Seamen’s Church in Brooklyn Heights, New York no later than November 12, 2020, during our opening hours or be shipped at the bidder's own expense. To have items shipped, please contact Christina at info@dskny.org. Shipping expenses will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. Items that have not been picked up by November 12, 2020, will be transferred to next year’s auction.
